On Tuesday, Oct. 10, police responded to the 100 block of South Munn Avenue after a man broke into an unlocked parked vehicle and took a wallet containing cash, credit cards and other valuables.

An investigation uncovered surveillance footage, which police hope will help identify the suspect, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said.
